Let's Carve Pumpkins !!

A beautiful fall Saturday afternoon means stopping to buy pumpkins and be a kid again. So I spent my Saturday night watching tv and craving my pumpkins and feeling like a teenager all over again. I couldn't believe it but I convinced my dad to watch That Awkward Moment, and although it got a few good laughs out of him he wasn't overly impressed. At least I got to work on my pumpkin and share some good wine with my favorite man.

For not carving a pumpkin in two years I thought I did a pretty good job, even if it was something relatively simple I was happy with it. Something about carving pumpkins, family movies and wine nights makes growing up not seem so bad, it's the best of both worlds; alcohol and fun.
