The "no bake" Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles

- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. semisweet mini chocolate morsels
- 1 bags of either semisweet or milk chocolate chips, melted
Directions
- In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer at medium speed until creamy. Add vanilla.
- Gradually beat in flour and milk, alternating flour and milk.
- Add 1/2 c. chocolate morsels mixing well by hand.
- Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on wax paper.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Melt additional chocolate in double boiler or microwave, stirring frequently. Using 2 forks, dop cookie balls into chocolate and roll until covered.
- Place on wax paper and chill to set. Store in the refrigerator for as least an hour.
