Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles

The "no bake" Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles


Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. semisweet mini chocolate morsels
  • 1 bags of either semisweet or milk chocolate chips, melted 
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer at medium speed until creamy. Add vanilla. 
  2. Gradually beat in flour and milk, alternating flour and milk.
  3. Add 1/2 c. chocolate morsels mixing well by hand.
  4. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on wax paper.
  5. Chill for 2 hours.
  6. Melt additional chocolate in double boiler or microwave, stirring frequently. Using 2 forks, dop cookie balls into chocolate and roll until covered. 
  7. Place on wax paper and chill to set. Store in the refrigerator for as least an hour.
